How can I pay for my renewal?
OPTION #1 – Primary contacts on the account (Online)
- Login into your AACS account and view the open invoices to pay online
- Your total should already reflect the number of schools you have
- After you login, click MY TRANSACTIONS at the top
- If you have forgotten your password, click here.
OPTION #2 – Fill out your mailed invoice (credit or check)
- Fill out your invoice with your credit card information, or mail us a check. We’ve also included blank forms below for your convenience.
- Or you can call us directly, we’ll be happy to take your payment over the phone.

OPTION #3 – Recurring credit card payment
- AACS can take care of your payment automatically on the 1st of every quarter
- Your credit card will be charged annually
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express
