More than many other occupations, education requires a lot of heart. Educators are well aware that how well a student is educated will drive their success later on in a career. This constant striving on the behalf of others can lead to an unsustainable pace, and it’s easy for educators to become burned out. One of the most important things an educator can do is take care of themselves. Self-care is not an extra treat for when you have time to indulge. If this is an area you struggle with, you’re not alone. Learn life strategies to fuel your journey forward, and to savor each step along the way.

Similarly, inside the world of Cosmetology there are risk factors that increase the likelihood of a no show appointment. Some of these risk factors are preventable. Others are outside of our control. In this class we will be going over both preventable and non-preventable risk factors and how your admissions rep should react in either scenario.

Their patience has withered and their standards have changed. This new microwave mindset shifts instructors from force feeding information to now showing examples of how to use and apply information in their favor. Without compromising your own standards, this class will teach you how to take their mindset and their one-touch technology and turn it into an asset and staple in your school and instructor’s teaching lifestyle.
