Join us at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for the CEA & AMP Annual Convention: “Refuel Your Passion.” As an exhibitor at this event, your audience will be the educators, the actual audience who uses the products in the schools, teaches students how to use them and has a major influence with owners to purchase. This event also includes public school cosmetology teachers who (most of the time) are the final decision makers at their schools.

Exhibitor Badge Request Form

” style=”fancy”] Make sure you tell us who is working at your booth so they’ll have a badge printed with their name correctly at the event. By July 11th you must complete the Exhibitor Badge Form for each person working your booth:  No one will be allowed on the expo hall floor without a badge. Rock Star Scavenger Hunt

  • Each attendee will receive a “Rock Star Map.” This is a copy of the expo hall map but on this version, all of your company names have been replaced with a musical group or act. Click here to preview the map.
  • Each exhibitor will be given a stamp. When an attendee stops by your booth, exhibitors can stamp their designated musical act to confirm the interaction
  • Exhibitors can decide what an attendee needs to do to get the stamp: Answer a question, give you a business card, etc. You can also donate a prize at the registration desk if you want to.
  • At the end of the last expo hall session, attendees will turn in completed maps as their entry in the raffle for a prize.
  • We encourage each exhibitor to have fun with their designated musical group – Whether you want to dress up, decorate your space or offer a themed snack in the booth, this is your chance to engage attendees in this activity!

The best way to learn how to sell to schools and educators is to understand what issues they’re dealing with. Take advantage of sessions being offered and attend some! It’s no extra cost to you and they never conflict with Expo Hall time.
